Parts Garage Shipping Policy


Parts Garage will ship your order via courier Australia wide!

Currently we do not ship to PO Box, Locked Bag, or Parcel Locker addresses and will require a physical address for your order.

Unfortunately at this stage we do not ship outside of Australia but hope to soon.

Your order will usually leave our warehouse 1 to 2 working days after being placed and can take between 3-10 working days to arrive.

Once it does we will send you a tracking number which will allow you to trace the status of your delivery online.

Our warehouse is located in Melbourne but unfortunately we do not allow pickups.

Parts Garage is a registered Australian business and complies with the Consumer Guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a refund or replacement if there is a major fault with the item, if goods are damaged in transit, or if the item is not as described.

If this occurs, please email or call 0478 103 104 with your order details as soon as possible to organise a return.

We reserve the right to not offer refunds past an appropriate period of time.

Once we confirm the status of your item, we will offer you your choice of a refund or a replacement.

If you purchase the incorrect product or change your mind, you may return the product at your expense for a refund. 

Please note that all returns must be approved prior to being sent, products must be in original condition and a 15% restocking fee applies.
